Supportive Housing

We provide affordable, permanent, supportive, and independent housing for people with serious mental illness aged 16 or older who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or who are living in unsafe or unhealthy conditions. We operate over 70 geared-to-income (RGI) or non-RGI affordable rental units. Most are located in St. Thomas, but some units are available in Aylmer, Dutton, and West Lorne.

People applying to the program are assessed for priority and are placed on a wait list. Housing is offered first to those who need housing the most.
