Living Life to the Full

Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) is an enjoyable and highly interactive course that helps people understand their feelings and to learn skills to make meaningful changes in thinking and habits. Composed of eight 90-minute sessions over a 4- or 8-week period, this moderated training program has been shown to help people understand and manage worry, hopelessness, sadness, lack of motivation, and other overwhelming feelings that can make people feel.

This program was developed by Dr. Chris Williams, a Professor of Psychiatry and specialist in the Cognitive Behavoural Therapy (CBT) model, and is endorsed by the national Canadian Mental Health Association.
